I'm taking advantage of the wi-fi while I have it to post some pictures of the town we are going to be in for the rest of the time. The town is called Cojimies and it is on a peninsula. It is a small fishing town. The people are very nice but I think rarely see people that look like we do and are possibly a little suspicious. But since they have seen us in the ministry they know why we are here

We Made It

We finally made it to Cojimies. The journey was much longer than expected. Flying took one day (Tuesday) and we stayed with Sister Mena at her house/bed and breakfast. She took good care of us and made sure we took the right bus (Wednesday) to Manta which was a 4 hour ride. We spent the night in Manta and a nice Brother and sister from Lake Tahoe took us to the bus and made sure we got on the right one...which the station is very confusing and loud so they were help from Jehovah! We then changed buses two more times. Once suddenly in the middle of the highway and then once in Perdanales. That day was 7 hours on the bus!! We were glad to get here and be off the bus!!WiFi is not very strong but, we will post as much as we can. We are at Hotel Cojimies until Sunday. Then we move to a place we have rented by the month from a sister. It has much better amenities to live on a day to day basis.  We went in the ministry this morning and it is the tract campaign for the convention here so it is an easy way to start out.
